At Warphole®, we take pride in the quality of our products and the experience they bring to every game. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — simple as that.
📦 Returns
If you receive an item that’s incorrect or defective, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll ask for photo verification to help us assess the issue before starting the return process.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your purchase is completed. After that, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
Please note that custom boards and gift cards are non-returnable.
Do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer — we’ll guide you through the process to ensure your return is handled smoothly.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received it, along with an approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, such as:

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, try the following steps:

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at the.team@warpholebags.com and we’ll look into it right away.
💰 Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
♻️ Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your item is received, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such — or was shipped to the gift giver first — we’ll issue a refund to the purchaser.
